From the first time meeting the Country Living Team (Susan, Hazen, Meagen), I had a really good feeling as they were extremely thorough (spending almost 2 hours at our house/property -- taking about 100 "get acquainted" pictures and learning every aspect of it). They even walked the entire 20 acre property, through 4 foot high brush! Plus, they proactively came prepared with a complete digital presentation and market analysis of the properties in our area. Seeing all this preparation as well as their proven track record), I knew I was making the right choice. And they did not disappoint! Our experience went above and beyond my expectations. Tanna hey spent 2 separate days taking photos of the house/property (which they do themselves). And the quality/perspective of each photo is unlike most others you'll see (as each room photo was shot at an angle/lighting so that the prospective buyer sees it for what it truly is). Every one of our friends and family who saw the online listing thought the photos were INCREDIBLE, which they were! And so was the online description, which I feel is so important to tell the story of a property. Throughout our process, the team was always available and devoted much of their time to our sale. They even went out of their way to secure a dining room table (and chairs) for use in our home staging, which they drove over and unloaded themselves! This "hands on" approach was something I never would have expected, but was just routine for them. All their effort paid off big as we got a lot of interest in the home and it sold within the first few weeks. Most importantly to me, separate from the business end of things, the Catskill Team are a group of genuinely wonderful people. They definitely earned my highest level recommendation!
