The team recently sold at a profit to me my very challenged property in Andes, NY. To say it was challenged is an understatement at the very least. They had to deal with an angry threatening tenant who had to be evicted and left an indescribable mess. Hazen and Susan worked with me every step of the way from the eviction of the tenant to the clean-up of the house AND property and eventual sale. This process took place across two years and several geographic regions as I was an absentee client. Hazen and Susan took care of EVERYTHING. They found people to clean out and spruce up the property, change the locks, coordinated with the power company, and even encountered the tenant on several occasions. When they were able to show me the multi-media presentation they create, I wanted to cancel the contract and keep the property! When I received the closing documents, I noticed the documents referred to the existence of a working smoke detector when there not was one. I notified office manager Jackie immediately. Hazen ran out the day before closing and drove the 40 mile plus distance to secure and place one in the house. I go to this length to attempt to describe the commitment they brought to the job. every detail was smooth and pleasant and they made a difficult situation pleasant. Hazen and Susan and Jackie were punctual, professional and pleasant. I am actual having a little withdrawal.
